Between The Valley Forge And Norristown Interchanges

The area of the PA Turnpike between mileposts 326 (Valley Forge) and 334
(Norristown) was originally built in the 1950s.

Reconstruction of this portion of the highway began in 1998 with the $35.6 million Schuylkill River Bridge Project that resulted in a new six-lane bridge.

Funding is now available to complete the reconstruction of the area between the Valley Forge and Norristown Interchanges.

The work will be done in stages that will impact motorists and the 'Pike's neighbors in different ways.
